Nathan Williams, Nursing major at Delaware tech said, I think marijuana should be considered legal on a federal level, it shows it does not have the harmful effects as alcohol
“It is a no brainier to legalize it” said Williams.
There should be no reason heroin being in the same category as marijuana. People overdose from heroin, people do not overdose from marijuana said Williams.
Currently 11 states and the District of Columbia have legalized marijuana.

“They can cut out some of the referendum bills and then use it to fix the schools and build more schools” said Mumord.
“They need to revamp the laws,'' said Mumford, the laws are so old anyway and biased towards different cultures. Heroin is a hard drug but marijuana is not, they should not be in the same category.
Reina Carder, University of Delaware associates of arts program said she compares it to her opinion to drinking, she is fine with legalizing marijuana as long where you use it is safe.

“I believe in free will, if people want to do something they should be able to do it,''said Gibboney.
“I think that is insane” said Gibboney. Heroin does not have a scientific use, it just kills people, marijuana does not kill people, i feel the comparison is inane.
